At I Lead Beyond we exist to support young people who are passionate about creating positive change in the world and co-creating a thriving, just, sustainable world for themselves and all of the earth’s inhabitants.

We believe that the young ecopreneurs and leaders of the future will be the ‘linchpins’ or ‘catalysts’ that facilitate change on both a local and global scale. That they will bring forth the transformation needed to create a thriving, just, sustainable world that works for all.

You may feel disillusioned at the state of the world and feel frustrated at the lack of action, and that nothing much really seems to change. Maybe you feel the desire to make a difference and be part of creating change in the world, but lack the skills and confidence to really get started and make an impact. Or maybe you feel like you lack direction in your own life and whilst you want to make a difference, you can’t even contemplate tackling bigger problems until you get your own life on track.

Our mission is to equip you with the knowledge, skills and conviction to take the bold and systemic action needed to transform your own life and our whole society for the better. We provide an online life, leadership and business academy for future leaders and ecoepreneurs; alongside access to a support community to help you grow your life, leadership and impact.
